2. General Terms of Use of the Website and Services Provided

The Website constitutes an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international regulations. The Client may not in any way reuse, transfer, or exploit all or part of the elements or work on the Website for their own benefit.

Use of the Website implies full and complete acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms may be modified or supplemented at any time; users will be informed of such updates and are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The Website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, the restaurant may decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance, in which case it will endeavor to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

The Website is updated regularly by the restaurant, which is responsible for its publication. Likewise, the legal notices may be modified at any time: users will be informed of these changes and are invited to refer to them as often as possible.

3. Description of Services Provided

The purpose of the Website is to provide information regarding the restaurant’s activities. The restaurant strives to provide information on the Website that is as accurate as possible.

4. Contractual Limitations on Technical Data

The Website may not be held liable for any material damage resulting from its use. Users also agree to access the Website using recent hardware, free of viruses, and with an updated, latest-generation browser.
The restaurant’s Website is hosted by a service provider located within the European Union, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).

The aim is to provide a service ensuring the highest accessibility rate. The host ensures service continuity 24/7, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt hosting services for the shortest possible durations—particularly for maintenance, infrastructure improvements, failures, or if the services generate abnormal traffic.

Neither the Website nor the host may be held responsible for Internet network malfunctions, telephone line failures, or computer/telephony equipment issues caused by network congestion preventing server access.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

The restaurant owns the intellectual property rights and usage rights for all elements accessible on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Website elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited unless prior written authorization is obtained from the restaurant.

Any unauthorized use of the Website or of any elements it contains will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The restaurant shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the Website, resulting either from using hardware that does not meet the specifications stated in section 4, or from a bug or incompatibility.

The restaurant shall also not be held responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from use of the Website.

Interactive areas (such as the contact form) are available to users. The restaurant reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in these areas that violates French law, particularly in matters relating to data protection. When applicable, the restaurant also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, especially in case of racist, insulting, defamatory, or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used.

7. Personal Data Management

7.1 Responsibility and Data Processing

As the data controller, the restaurant’s Website undertakes to comply with applicable legal requirements. This includes defining the purposes of its data processing, informing prospects and clients clearly when collecting their consent, and maintaining a realistic processing register.
Whenever personal data is processed, the Website takes all reasonable measures to ensure that it is accurate and relevant for its intended use.

7.4 Non-Communication of Personal Data

The Website undertakes not to transfer or process data outside the EU or in non-adequate countries without informing the client beforehand.
All necessary precautions are taken to ensure the security of the data. In case of a security breach, the Website will inform affected users as quickly as possible.

Personal data may only be processed by customer service staff or authorized subcontractors.
